I'm Helen Wright...

...a Certified and Accredited Emotional Health Coach who specialises in Anxiety & Emotional Well-Being.

Whilst I believe that everyone deserves to live free from the limitations of anxiety, I am especially passionate about supporting expectant, new, and experienced mothers.

My Tools & Techniques

Our work together may include elements of the following: 

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): a talking therapy to help people recognise, challenge and reframe negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to anxiety;

  • Hypnotherapy: can be an effective treatment for anxiety in some people. It's a talking therapy that can help you relax and change negative thought patterns;

  • Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP): a technique to help people change their thoughts and behaviours to reduce anxiety. NLP can also help people develop coping strategies and improve their overall wellbeing;

  • Goal Setting & Action Planning: using small, specific and manageable steps, and focusing on gradual progress in order to build confidence and reduce feelings of overwhelm.
